When removing a colour stain from carpet, an oxidizing process was used. The carpet immediatly started to lose colour. No heat was placed on the chemical and all chemical was thoughly rince and neutralised. Is this a manufacturing fault? and would it be a dye loc problem?

Could I get a little more info?
What was the fibre? How did you determine the fibre? What do you suspect the stain was & why?
